1 vs. 300

Well, I thought that would be a catchy new name for my blog... 1 vs. 300, since I am up against 300 pesky extra pounds. Now, you might be saying... but you are really only trying to lose 255 pounds to get down to 220. That is my first goal... but my doctor's goal for me is 185 and I figure if I got all the way there, Why now even it out at 175 for an even 300 pounds? And since my hubby weights 193... anything less than that would be awesome.

  • I have lost 120 pounds as of this morning. Well, I saw it yesterday but I waited to confirm with today's weigh ins.

  • When I eliminate 6 more of my 300, I will be able to be weighed on a regular scale for the first time in over a decade. I have weighed over 350 for that long.

  • We get our moving truck in 10 days and will pack up to head home... to Philly.

  • I missed an awesome girls' weekend in Idaho with my Roomies this past weekend.

  • I can't wait to hug my nephews and know when I leave them that I can see them tomorrow, or the next day...

  • Could one of you Northeasterners please get rid of the snow and cold to prepare for my arrival? I planned my move in Mid-April expecting Spring.

  • I hate moving, packing, sorting, unpacking, and I hope to not have to do it again for a long while.

  • I love that my MIL watched the Dr. Oz show today to learn more about Gastric Banding so she would understand it better...for me.

  • Just because I like Coconut Shrimp, doesn't mean I like shrimp.

  • My husband likes to be naked all the time in the house... and probably outside it too, if I let him.

  • I can't wait to see you again, or meet you in Chicago... Please come!

  • I really like peanut butter alot, I may have to detox from that next...

  • Is it just me or are people's driving getting worse?

  • I went to Rita's water Ice for a Slenderita fat free Ice Cream... and ended up with Chocolate Peanut butter Italian Ice... I haven't been there for so long, I didn't even know they had that....Have I mentioned my love of Peanut Butter? and you are aware of my love of Chocolate. It wasn't sugar-free but It was small like a dixie cup and it was yummy.

  • When I saw myself in the mirror at the Gym, I saw a Sleek... lean, athletic machine... It was only a second or two but I think it was a premonition of the future. Or maybe just Delusions of Grandeur.

  • People who can't/don't eat Pasta or Bread should stay away from Carrabbas... because their bread and pasta are delicious and their bathroom is too small for that amount of crowd the place draws...

  • People really love Pasta and Bread.... and Carrabbas.

  • Were you wondering if I had my finger in the Peanut butter right now?

  • Kirstie Alley is amazing... I wish I could move this Less big body that gracefully. And getting up afraid a humiliating stumble like tonight, Bravo!

  • I am liking random thought bullets

  • I want to jump on a trampoline, eventually.

  • I think Cupcake Wars is making my cupcake obsession worse... and I didn't think that was possible.

  • I am beginning to think I was born a scrapbooker, otherwise I would have to admit to borderline hoarding.

  • I like Golden Raisins better than regular ones.

  • Dannon Greek is delicious, I like it better than Chobani and I just wish they'd come out with more flavors.

  • My walls look really bare without all my photos and artwork, Is this what it's like to be a Minimalist? It's not for me.

  • My George designed me a Gym Jams Playlist for my Ipod, and I burned an extra 100 calories today... Coincidence? I think not.

  • I declare Mondays, Music Monday... I will pick a favorite song each week. I love all kinds of Music, and most of you know I am a huge Gleek, so the song I choose for today is one of my Gym Jams and It's a mashup Mixup of Singing in the Rain and Umbrella from Glee. Check out the video on Utube if you don't watch the show... It's so much fun!

Well, That's enough bull-shits, I mean Bullets for tonight. I would love to hear some random thought comments back... also, If I am not following your blog, please leave your URL in the comments, so I can check out your story...

  1. LOL at scrapbooking/hoarding -- me too!

Random: I just read something about how normal sleep is actually meant to be fragmented, so now I feel a little less of a crazy insomniac.

  2. I also can not wait to be below my husband at 175!
My husband also likes to be naked, and I'm not complaining!
There is NOTHING in the world better than peanut butter, unless it's peanut butter covered in chocolate?
I also have requests put out to fam and friends in Ohio to have all evidence of the snow gone by the time we move back in four weeks!
Florida drivers are the WORST and I am happy to get away from that!
