New Product... Flatout's Fold-its. Yum!

5 Grain Flax PackagingDelicious, really good! I use them when I eat tuna, or chicken salad. I also eat lunch meat on them. And I even had a turkey burger the other day on them. 90 calories, 7 grams of dietary fiber and 7 grams of protein. They have all different kinds but I always choose bread products with at least 5 grams of dietary fiber per serving. So There was only a couple that I tried. This one and the whole wheat with flax. They also have slider size. If you're missing bread, this may be a great swap for you.

  5. They sound really good. I cannot even think about eating any sort of bread or I am instantly stuck!

I am not missing it however! I may try this if it is thin enough that I might toast it in a skillet with some cheese :)

  6. I miss eating bread - I know we don't have that product here - I wish we did - when I crave bread really bad - I eat "rye-crisp" which is better than nothing I guess!
