Yay! Almost 2 months post-op... and Almost 50 pounds gone!

I've lost 49.5 pounds so far(Surgery was April 1st)... with no exercise and very little "Dieting" I am thrilled with my sleeve... I am hoping to be able to exercise soon after my long recovery from my complications. but I will stick to the pool for a while. I felt so different from when I had my lapband...I don't like sweets as much for some amazing reason. It is easier to know when to stop eating. i can eat anything, only in small amounts. I think this really seems like a lifestyle change, not a diet!

  2. I was *just* thinking about you and wondering how you are doing! Congrats on -50! Woo hoo! Definitely play to start working out, and start slow...just walking but you will have to build up from where ever you start. You will do great!

  3. The best weight for you is the one you are comfortable with. However, there is such an important concept as 'healthy weight'. In order to achieve and keep it you have to develop healthy eating habits. I’ve read somewhere that even if you attend gym every day but keep eating junk food – you are wasting your time. Lots of useful advices on proper nutrition I have found here They provide special tips for women and lots of motivative ideas!
